Open Byonus & pick an offer

Install the customer app, sign in with your phone, and browse Home or Discover for coupons, happy hours, hot offers, or lucky draws near you. Save or join the ones you want.

Go to that store

Open the store page for hours and directions. Bring the offer you saved — you’ll use it in person, not only on your phone screen.

Scan the QR & finish at the counter

In the app, scan the store QR to collect or redeem. Stay at the counter until you see confirmation, then enjoy the deal. For lucky draws with a min purchase, shop first and ask the store to enroll you if the app asks you to.
